What you'll be doing
 

The Business Analyst reviews and analyses the organisations' business intentions, services, processes and information needs to identify changes that lead to business improvements.  This role will support processes associated with receiving, reviewing and actioning requests for new and changed functionality.
  1. Demonstrated experience in undertaking the review and analyses of business processes and services in a large and complex service industry organisation, including relevant qualifications or equivalent. This includes proven knowledge in improving business performance by adopting innovative business analysis solutions.
  2. Experience in eliciting business requirements from a range of stakeholders and translating them into clear and thorough documentation suitable for technical audiences, including IT vendors.
  3. Demonstrated experience in analysing, working, testing and maintaining service management systems as well as supporting the delivery of project outcomes on time and to the expected levels of quality.
  4. Well-developed analytical skills including the ability to analyse and interpret complex information from numerous sources, prepare and present analysis and reports, deal with challenges creatively and achieve business focused solutions.
  5. Excellent organisational skills with demonstrated experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with proven capacity to prioritise, multi-task, achieve business goals, perform and always work with a customer focused approach.
  6. Well-developed interpersonal and influencing skills with previous experience engaging, collaborating and influencing key stakeholders and customers to influence and achieve optimal business outcomes
  7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to produce high quality written documentation and presentations in a timely manner
