What you'll be doing
The Strategy Senior Manager – Single Digital Patient Record (SDPR) Program, is responsible for leading and guiding the planning of initiatives to provide support to the development, monitoring, alignment and communication of SDPR and associated digital strategies in the NSW health system. This role will provide advice of the highest quality, integrity and validity to the Executive Director ISA, Director of Strategy, ISA and ISA leadership team on matters relating to SDPR and NSW Health system digital transformation strategies and will also be responsible for leading and managing a team of Strategy Leads.

  1. Extensive experience and an outstanding record of achievement in facilitating strategic development and assurance initiatives in a large and complex service environment. This includes expert knowledge around implementation and monitoring of adoption of key outcomes within the strategy
  2. Proven experience in driving strategic alignment activities aligned with central government alignment processes and requirements.
  3. Exceptional analytical skills including demonstrated experience assuring, analysing and interpreting complex information from numerous sources, preparing and presenting analysis and reports, dealing with challenges creatively and achieving business focused solutions.
  4. Exceptional interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills with demonstrated experience engaging, collaborating and influencing senior key stakeholders and customers to influence and achieve optimal business outcomes.
  5. Exceptional organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise competing demands and achieve results with a customer focused approach.
  6. Demonstrated achievement in successfully leading teams - managing and coaching managers; building capability; meeting performance goals; and always fostering, and maintaining, a customer focused work culture.
  7. Proven achievement in the development and successful implementation of strategic initiatives, including the capability to plan, manage change, strategically improve performance and manage multiple projects
