What you'll be doing
To work with the MDT Co-ordinator, Cancer Nurse Co-ordinators and Clinicians to provide high level administration of multi-disciplinary team meetings including Medicare Billing activity, Activity Based Funding reporting, and monitoring and reporting on MDT attendance. The position provides relief for the MDT Co-ordinator when absent.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Demonstrated experience in providing administrative support at a high level across a multidisciplinary setting including a proven capacity to operate effectively in an environment demanding confidentiality and discretion in issues management and ability to prioritise workloads and redistribute resources to achieve goals.
- High level interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) with a clear ability to project a positive image, and effectively liaise and foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Proven high level of organisational skills including the ability to work both independently and as a team member in a challenging environment, ensuring that work is prioritised to effectively meet deadlines where attention to detail is essential.
