  1. Do you have a current 1A Security Licence, First Aid Certificate and current unrestricted Drivers Licence?
  2. Demonstrated ability to understand and apply relevant legislation, policy and professional standards in the workplace.
  3. Demonstrated experience in access control, intruder alarms and duress alarms.
  4. Physically capable of managing aggressive persons in a health environment.
  5. Demonstrated negotiation & conflict resolution skills within a stressful environment combined with a strong customer service focus, with the ability to converse with all levels of staff, patients and visitors.
  6. Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to complete routine reports via a computer; daily log entries, Injury reports, emails/reports to management to communicate relevant issues.
