About us
The Agency for Clinical Innovation (ACI) leads innovation in clinical care across NSW. We do this by bringing clinicians, patients and healthcare managers together to design and implement new ways to deliver healthcare.
About the Opportunity
This is a dynamic and diverse role which is required to deliver a wide range of administrative support to a team which delivers a Graduate Certificate in Clinical Redesign three times per year, in addition to bespoke workshops, forums and events. The role is pivotal in ensuring preparation and coordination of meetings, workshops and events is performed at a high level, and that recording and reporting is delivered in a timely and accurate manner.

Selection Criteria
- Experience in providing a broad range of administrative and secretariat services to management. An understanding of the NSW health system would be an advantage.
- Sound organisational skills, the capacity to prioritise, undertake and complete several tasks concurrently, maintain attention to detail and meet deadlines.
- Well-developed oral and written communication and interpersonal skills including a professional approach with stakeholders.
- Intermediate to advanced computer literacy including experience using word processing, outlook, spreadsheets, databases, presentation, desktop publishing and document tracking systems in particular the MS Office suite and Teams and Content Manager.
- Capacity to exercise sound judgement and apply critical thinking with workload and in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.
- Capacity to work confidentially and independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively in a team environment as well as take instructions and guidance as required.
- Understanding of EEO, OH&S, and cultural diversity principles.

- Do you any have experience running production for virtual workshops i.e. managing breakout rooms, chats and sharing content.
