Remuneration: 33.59 – 34.70 per hour

What you’ll be doing
As an Administration Officer, you’ll be a vital link between patients, clinicians and services, ensuring accurate information flow and efficient clinic operations.
Act as the first point of contact for patients, staff and external stakeholders
Maintain and manage confidential medical and administrative records
Support clinicians with timely, accurate information for safe patient care
Coordinate messages, schedules and administrative workflows
Contribute to quality improvement, safety and person‑centred care

Knowledge of Medical Terminology and word processing Skills
Demonstrated computer literacy including Cerner and IPM, Microsoft
