- Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse, Division 1 with the Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency (AHPRA), with nil conditions.
- A Registered Nurse with relevant post-registration qualifications and at least 3 years experience working in the clinical area of their specified post-graduate qualification.
- High level of communication, interpersonal, negotiation, conflict resolution and leadership skills.
- Applied knowledge and understanding of evidenced-based practice and evidence of clinical teaching.
- Commitment to own professional learning and development.
- Competence in application of Microsoft Office programs such as word and excel. Willingness to undertake ClinConnect training and maintaining databases.
- Unrestricted driver's licence.
- Consistently demonstrates behaviours that reinforce the CORE Values of our organisation; Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment. Demonstrates these behaviours with all stakeholders; colleagues, direct reports, as well as our patients and consumers, and those that care for them.
