Selection Criteria to be addressed:

  1. Ability to work a 24 hour/7 day rotating roster and at short notice
  2. Extensive and varied clerical experience and knowledge, including reception experience
  3. Demonstrated effective customer service skills
  4. Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
  5. Demonstrated experience using Windows based software including databases and experience in using MS Word and Excel
  6. Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a multi-disciplinary team environment
  7. Demonstrated ability to prioritise, co-ordinate and time manage daily tasks in a busy and demanding environment
  8. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of confidentiality and privacy including ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
