- Previous experience working in or sound knowledge of recruitment/HR transactional processes (including eRecruit or HR Information Systems) or other relevant administrative experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a high volume and demanding environment with proven capacity to manage concurrent activities whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to learn, understand and interpret new information related to industrial employment awards and agreements, policies and guidelines.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills utilised in developing and maintaining effective client relationships and delivering job outcomes
- Evidence as an effective team player with a capacity to be flexible, motivated and responsive in delivering services to a diverse client base.
- Demonstrated experience in the use of software packages eg. email, spread sheets, databases, and word processing applications.
