Position Classification: Health Manager Level 1 
Remuneration: $84,436 - $112,331 per annum + super + 17.5% leave loading

About the Opportunity 

We’re seeking a talented Systems Administrator to lead the administration and support of our rostering and HR transaction systems. This role provides expert payroll and system advice, supports audits and improvements, and helps ensure accurate workforce data and business continuity across the District.

In this role, you will:

  • Maintain and administer NSW Health rostering and related workforce systems, ensuring access, configuration, and data integrity. 
  • Resolve rostering and payroll interface issues to maintain accuracy and compliance. 
  • Produce workforce reports, conduct audits, and maintain high-quality data for informed decision-making. 
  • Provide expert advice, training, and user support to promote consistent and efficient system use. 
  • Contribute to system upgrades, process improvements, and collaboration through state-wide forums.

About You

You’re an analytical problem-solver with:

  • Experience managing and supporting complex rostering or workforce systems. 
  • Knowledge of payroll and rostering legislation, awards, and policies. 
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and time-management skills. 
  • Great communication skills and the ability to train, advise, and build effective relationships. 
  • A customer-focused mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
