About the Opportunity
We’re seeking a proactive and client-focused Engagement Officer to join our team at NSW Health Pathology. A key focus of this position will be serving as the primary point of contact for clients during the testing and implementation of our new electronic reporting solution. You’ll also play an integral role in supporting a range of engagement initiatives across the Fusion Program, helping to deliver improved digital experiences and stronger connections with our partners.

What you'll be doing
The Fusion Program is a comprehensive program of work that aims to standardise, streamline and integrate pathology services over the next four years. The Fusion Program is integrated into the Single Digital Patient Record (SDPR) Program.
The Engagement Officer works in the Fusion Program by supporting and coordinating engagement activities with General Practice (GP) and Specialist customers of NSW Health Pathology, as part of the electronic reporting (eReporting) project that will contribute to the achievement of strategic and operational objectives. The Engagement Officer will undertake engagement activities with GP and Specialist customers of NSW Health Pathology in validation testing to ensure that pathology reports are able to be received by the various electronic practice management software’s that exist across NSW.
Outside of validation testing for the eReporting project, the Engagement Officer will support the Fusion Program in preparing for future engagement activities by preparing data, information and undertaking follow up with stakeholders.

- High level of interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated commitment to providing quality customer-focused service and applying quality improvement initiatives to workplace practices and procedures
- Demonstrated ability to use a wide range of computer hardware, Microsoft software applications and electronic systems to complete work activities
- Current Drivers licence, exemplary driving record and the capacity/willingness to travel and work at various NSWHP sites
