Remuneration: $127,150.00 - $142,254.44 per annum, pro rata (+ super +17.5% leave loading where applicable)

Who we are:
The Young CMHAOD team has approximately 10 multidisciplinary clinicians and a range of support staff, who provide MH AOD services, across the life span. Young CMHAOD is collocated with Young Health Service.
We work closely with Medicare Mental Health and other community organisations to ensure people receive the right care for their needs. At a district level we have access to clinical leaders for MH, AOD and other specialty services such as Aboriginal Mental Health, eating disorders and Perinatal Infant Mental Health.

What you’ll be doing:
The Community Team Manager is responsible for management and leadership of the multidisciplinary Mental Health Drug and Alcohol Service, including CAMHS, Youth, Adult, Older Persons, Peer, Aboriginal and Drug and Alcohol as distinct specialties, ensuring that each is well supported to provide excellent care to the community and achieve relevant service outcomes.
The position provides high level strategic alignment to the MHDA district plans and direction, communication of these with the team and leads change processes.

Hold relevant Australian standard qualification / License in line with your qualification aligning to the position description listed classifications.
