- Give an example of how you have identified and effectively managed communications about a potentially sensitive or controversial matter, including strategies for handling media enquiries.
- Describe a time where you had to develop a communications strategy that required you to engage and work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders who had differing views. What steps did you take to resolve conflicts and to reach an agreement while still ensuring deadlines were met and outcomes achieved. What was the result?
