Campaign - Trainee Paramedic- Various

1. • Hold as a minimum a Certificate to Practice as a Paramedic Specialist, Intensive Care Paramedic (ICP) and completed a minimum of two (2) years ICP skills consolidation.
2. • Demonstrated high level knowledge of clinical care and operational procedures and practice, with an ability to explain the role aeromedical plays in the wider NSW health care system.
3. • Demonstrated high level verbal, written and presentation skills, with an understanding of technical and non-technical (human factors) skills as they relate to the aeromedical work environment.
4. • Demonstrated experience in operating effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team with limited supervision and an ability to explain how leadership and followership skills promote an environment of safety, harmony, excellence and integrity.
5. • Demonstrated sound conceptual, analytical and problem solving and decision making skills.
6. • Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary patient safety and clinical quality processes, risk management practices and a willingness to participate in quality improvement activities such as clinical and operational audits, reviews and research.
7. • Demonstrated ability to adjust to a rapidly changing technical, clinical and operational workplace.
8. • Evidence of further relevant studies and/or related experience.
