Reg Nurse- Gen Mand Ref Check UAT

1. Assessment skills that identify the nursing needs and the application of those needs into a multidisciplinary comprehensive care plan that reflects the goals of the patient.
2. Ability to work independently (organisational and time management skills) as well as working with a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe patient care.
3. Ability to communicate accurately and effectively in written, verbal and electronic forms.
4. Awareness of the organisation’s values, plus your own values and beliefs surrounding healthcare with an ability to identify and respect an alternative view. You will maintain a professional and respectful manner.
5. Awareness of limitations in own knowledge and seek appropriate education and training. You will be reflective in your practice and engaged in feedback.
6. Demonstrated knowledge of patient safety, quality and risk and contribution to organisational quality and safety initiatives.
