What you'll be doing
Provide operational direction and guidance to worker's compensation staff to allow appropriate management of workers compensation claims.
- Proven ability and experience to strategically manage a Workers Compensation portfolio in line with Workers Compensation Legislation.
- Previous experience in managing a team to achieve rehabilitation outcomes within the resources provided.
- Ability to utilise a range of computer applications and systems relevant to Worker’s Compensation and Work Health & Safety.
- Ability to collaborate with all stakeholders to manage worker’s compensation outcomes.
- Eligibility to drive in NSW and ability to travel between sites within HNELHD, with stays away from home as required.
