What you'll be doing
Support the delivery of simulation based activities including preparation of moulage and props under the guidance and direction of the HNE Simulation Team.
- Demonstrated ability to apply sensitivity and interpersonal skills when interacting with visitors to HNE Simulation centre to ensure participant needs are understood and met.
- Demonstrated listening and questioning skills with capacity to identify and act on service needs and expectations.
- Demonstrated capacity to work cooperatively within a team environment and value different perspectives.
- Demonstrated ability to manage self in conflict situations in a calm and professional manner.
- Demonstrated interest in education and/or quality improvement in a healthcare setting.
