  • Qualifications in business administration, and/or substantial proven work experience in business administration.
  • Demonstrated skills in working with and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated high level of organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction in an environment with high work volume, strict deadlines and competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and within a team environment to ensure that goals are achieved.
  • Demonstrated understanding of medical staff organisation and structures.
  • Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills and capacity to present information and data in a logical and coherent manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion and sensitivity in dealing with staff and the public.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to ensure data integrity and efficiency especially during busy work periods.
