- Relevant tertiary health qualifications, related studies or practical experience including interpretation of clinical outcomes data.
- Experience as a healthcare leader and project management experience in a clinical setting with demonstrated knowledge of Diabetes.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Hunter New England Local Health District, Calvary, Hunter Primary Care and Hunter New England Central Coast Primary Health Network.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively liaise with participants and co-ordinate and facilitate meetings with a high level of interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills including demonstrated negotiation and delegation skills.
- Demonstrated competence in data entry, analysis and reporting.
- Demonstrated commitment to service improvement and an ability to navigate the health system and engage stakeholders.
- Passionate, dynamic and energetic health professional with change management experience
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint and knowledge of HNE Health including iPM, HNE HealthPathways and General Practice software system.
